Has $BTC begun its final stage of this cycle? Good to note: You'll never truly know until after the fact (obviously). People claiming they know anything for certain are lying. No one knows, not me, not you. I do know the higher timeframe trend is still up and the fact that
$BTC Compression + Breakout leads to big moves. That's why you generally don't want to fade breakouts from such tight compression ranges as they usually continue on for a while. Many shorts aped in around the 87-88K region and got ran over today.
The Crypto Market's average Weekly RSI sits at ~38. Keep in mind, this does not mean a coin is too oversold it can't go lower, because during bear markets/trends this can stay oversold for months, especially on coins which simply have no demand/narrative. I'm mostly interested
$BTC Hit $88888. Been a while. It has been quite the choppy grind upwards as local highs have been getting swept many times. Daily 200MA sits at ~$88.3K which would be nice if it held after the daily close. Low timeframe trend is up but big area from here to ~$91K to overcome.
If you want your altcoin bags to do well for a while, you want $ETH/BTC to retake this range and break above ~0.0202. This would bring $BTC.D down and increase risk appetite for alts. And yes, the "alt season" is a bit of meme this cycle. Too many coins so you won't see literally
$BTC Pretty insane divergence from $SPX the past 2 weeks. Especially considering how correlated these were in the months prior. Complete change in dynamics. Let's hope it sticks and BTC can also keep going if equities were to bounce at some point. Best to just focus on BTC
$BTC Closing in on the big $90K-$91K horizontal area which acted as the previous range low. BTC has swept the $89K level locally and is consolidating below that level now. This is also where the Daily 200MA is located. Quite a few resistances close by but a few % move and
$BTC Interesting spot. Broke above the Daily 200EMA (Blue) and diagonal resistance. So far, saw a sharp rejection from the Daily 200MA (Purple). Fun won't start until we get some daily closes back above the previous range low at ~$90K. Important to hold ~$85K below I'd say.
$BTC After a ~$3B run up in Open Interest, we just saw $1B of that get rinsed on this move. Very volatile environment as equities are still shitting the bed and $GOLD makes new all time highs every day. Crypto figuring out what it wants to do in this uncertain market. Overall
$BTC Continues to show strength relative to equities. This has been going on for several weeks now. At this point, the BTC/SPX ratio is only 5% away from the all time high showing most of this correction has been due to equities' poor performance.
Liking this move together with $GOLD. Breakouts across the board. Would be good to get daily closes at these levels.

$BTC Price hovered around the same price during the weekend, opened up where it started and didn't create a gap. After futures opened it didn't take long for $BTC and $GOLD to move up quickly as equities moved down. Pretty interesting move which is now compounding on the
$BTC Got some work to do here to make this breakout work for the Total Crypto Market cap. Eyes on this week. At this point I'd argue no news is good news as most of the headlines the past few weeks have simply been pretty bad and caused a lot of uncertainty.
$BTC vs $GOLD Ratio sitting ~25 as we speak. This has been a level which has seen decent reactions in the past as it trades around between roughly 16-37 for most of the past 4 years. Gold is taking the spotlight here but we've historically seen that whenever gold goes, BTC is
$BTC Pretty slow market during this long weekend as expected. I think next week will get interesting as the charts are quite compressed. Any decent good/bad headline could spark a pretty large move I think. Even if its just from positions getting squeezed. Generally those moves
Back in the day I used to hold dozens of coins. But the reality is that if you have a few concentrated coins with good conviction, you're generally better off. Especially this cycle. In previous cycles you could get away with the "spray and pray" strategy as everything would
$BTC Steadily grinding higher relative to equities. This is good to see during this market turmoil as it shows some relative strength. Bitcoin obviously did have a bad February but that was also due to the strong performance into the inauguration. BTC just needs to hold up
The Q1-Q2 performance difference between $BTC & $ETH this year have been stark. Many people, me included, figured ETH would have its time like it usually does. But this shows you yet again how past performance is no guaruantee for future results. Although crypto likes its
$SOL Not looking bad at all. Eyes on that ~$150-180 zone. I suspect price would move pretty quickly once it trades into that area, seeing its the large full retrace/inefficiency candle from the Strategic reserve announcement pump & dump.
