Altcoins can make you a big return in a short time. But the opposite is also true and is the case for many. Especially this cycle. You mostly see the success stories by people flipping peanuts into massive amounts. But for every one of those there's at least a multiple of
$TOTAL Altcoin Market Cap still sitting at resistance and near the end of this falling wedge. It's very similar to the Total Crypto Market Cap and $BTC itself. Narrow consolidation and consolidating against resistance. Hence, the next ~5% move will likely also determine the
$BTC Holiday day in the markets today followed up by Easter weekend. Expecting volumes & Liquidity to be pretty low. Likely going to be quite boring absent any major new headlines. We'll see where this wants to go next week I think. Doubt the chop in this mid 80s region takes
$TAO Looking quite similar to last year's bottoming structure. Right at the same price region as well. Will see how this moves from here, higher low is made, just needs to get the trend going now. Green zone around $360 is the main mid/high timeframe area to watch out for.
$IOTA Flipping $0.17 would be a good start to turn this trend around. Has found good support at ~$0.13 and now making a higher low. Diagonal resistance is a bit messy but gives a good idea of the level that needs to be broken.
$ETH Price extremely compressed. Has not really moved for the better part of 2 days. This kind of price action usually precedes a large move. Just got to wait for the break to either direction.
$BTC Big area for Bitcoin. Testing the Diagonal resistance as well as the Daily 200EMA (and MA). This has been a tough price region to crack in recent weeks. The ultimate level to break for the bulls is $90K-$91K which gets BTC back into its previous range. But let's take it
$TOTAL Market Cap Testing resistance again. It has been consolidating against this diagonal resistance for quite some time now. A break out should lead to testing the Daily 200MA/EMA at $2.8T-$2.9T again. But this has been resistance for a long time now so make sure it breaks
$SOL So far so good. Nice bounce from weekly support and now trying to flip the local downtrend around Would want to see this consolidate around the $130-$140 region, make a higher low and go from there. Meme coins have been seeing some momentum again so obviously SOL is one to
$BTC Local range I'm watching. Currently right in the middle. Eyes on the range high & low. I suspect we'll see a bigger move once either of those break as plenty of positions have been building up over the past couple of days.
$BTC Still trading at roughly the same place as it did during this update last month. It has remained very choppy without a clear trend. This is exactly the environment where many people go bust by overtrading these small moves while trying to position for large swings. There
To see $BTC basically flat for March & April is quite the achievement. During this time SPX sold off -11% and Nasdaq sold off -12%. In a world where Bitcoin would usually behave as a higher beta to equities, it's quite impressive that it held up this well. As usually BTC would
$BTC The Coinbase Price Premium is slowly trying to turn back positive after being deeply negative for most of April so far. This is on the back of relatively little Saylor buys and Net ETF outflows. While the Coinbase Premium tends to mostly be a lagging indicator, it can show
$BTC It's getting pretty dense with positions building up on both sides here. Bitcoin has traded within a ~4% range for the past 4 days. Which comes after a very volatile previous few weeks. So you can understand that plenty of longs & shorts have been building up on both sides
$BTC Testing the bottom of the Bull Market Support Band again. A weekly close above this would make me pretty confident that a next high timeframe leg up to new highs is on its way. Good mid/high timeframe gauge of trend and strength.
$BTC Came pretty close to that $86.6K mark, grabbed the liquidity up there and reversed back down since. Still pretty choppy here in the short term. Personally just chilling in my spot holdings and not doing too much as the market is moving sideways up here.
A project I’ve invested in and I'm pretty stoked about: Dolomite is launching its $DOLO token on Berachain soon. They’re planning a big airdrop for the community which consists of 20% of the total supply. 🧵 What makes Dolomite stand out? Dynamic Collateral: Borrow against
Altcoins relative to $BTC are slowly bleeding lower and lower as a collective. Trading down to 2019-2020 levels. That comes even with the massive dilution of new coins which are all sharing a pie of this total altcoin market cap. Choose your coins wisely because it's still a
$BTC Big liquidity cluster at ~$86.6K. Below there's a lot sitting down to ~$81K as well. Good chance that the first direction this heads to in the short term is just a liquidity grab only to reverse the other way I think. Especially considering how compressed and choppy these
We've recently seen quite a few altcoins go down crazy amounts in the matter of days. This makes it even harder for retail participants to belief in any altcoin and go risk on. Probably a good thing in the long term as it makes people more aware of these risks and make them pick
