$GOLD Doing what it does best, just minding its own business while the rest of the market is losing its mind. We joke about this sometimes within the crypto space, but it does do it's job as a store of value. But it will underpeform BTC/Stocks upside.
#Bitcoin Indeed didn't respect the .618 but did bounce from the .786 for now. This has been the most reliable level in terms of fibonacci retracements this year as I've been highlighting. Anyways, this is the last place for a "higher low" that I like. Below here = wick fill.
$ETH Back to the big support level below. Still in no man's land within this region. Also don't want to see it test this level many times more, because then you'll just end up getting the same as happened with that $2800 level where eventually it gives in. Good level to watch.
$LTC Funnily enough, this is one of the strongest alts out there this week (relatively speaking). Still yet to make any meaningful move but I'd get interested in a move above this high volume node in this $70-73 area. If it goes, there will be plenty of upside so no rush.
#Bitcoin This is going to be an interesting one. CME Close price was right near the bottom and since then price has bounced quite a bit already. I am not trading this gap as the market has been volatile and we have seen some gaps open recently. Most closed later on but not all.
ETF Flows Overview $BTC: -$170M $ETH: -$6M Ending the week with more outflows. Primarily BTC saw a ton this week coming in at -$706M in outflows. That's one of the worst streaks of outflows for the ETFs since inception. Let's see how we do next week!
#Bitcoin Fell back near the bottom of the channel. This level has been tested 4 times before vs the top, which has been tested 8 times already. Safe to say, this channel is good until it isn't. So definitely recommend to keep watching it.
Some sectors/coins I'm excited for going into 2025: - RWA Think this does well regardless of who is in office. - DeFi (If Trump wins). - Any protocol that generates consistent profit and returns it to holders. I think this will be much easier under a new administration as well.
#Bitcoin Rejecting from the Daily 200EMA and trading back below the April "War FUD" lows. $56.5K & the Daily 200EMA are key levels to retake for the bulls at some point to change thing around. Next level up below is the $52K-53K level which price closed above previously. Have…
$ETH Simplest chart I can make right here. Two major levels above and below. In between the two, we keep chopping.
#Bitcoin Well, here we are. Let's see if the .618 fibonacci retracement has any power during this brutal sell off. In 2021, this was the go to thing to bid during the uptrends. It was that simple. This year I'm liking the .786 a lot as that one tends to be respected quite well…
Job numbers weren't great. Not awful either. Expectations by analysts for this kind of number was that markets should have gone down slightly. They didn't though (so far). Always good to note when markets go against what people expect them to in a certain scenario. Whether it…
#Bitcoin I like to keep this as simple as possible. Green boxes are the main area's I'm looking for at least a bounce. The .618 was amazing in the previous cycle. This cycle we've done a lot of solid reversals from the .786. Regardless, last places to make a "higher low".
Good to note that generally I think we've hit this seller exhaustion on many coins for a while already. Sell offs getting slower and with much less volume. Yet, there also doesn't seem to be many willing bidders just yet. At some point bidders will have to step in obviously :)
Many of the $ETH "Beta's" are outperforming it while ETH is bleeding. This is pretty interesting as usually these would be down much more as they tend to react more to ETH's moves. Hence, they are called ETH Beta's. Possible sign of some seller exhaustion on some of these alts?…
With #Bitcoin Making a new monthly low today, that technically breaks the "pattern" of the market setting a monthly high or low on the 5th. As it's the 6th today :) It was a good run. Just in case it magically bottoms around here today/tomorrow, I'll still keep track of it.
ETF Flows Overview $BTC: -$211.1M $ETH: -$0.2M Big outflows for Bitcoin continue. ETH came to a standstill. Some big spot bids have been getting filled the past two days. ETFs are selling into those. Let's see how we end the week!
The one thing that's interesting to me the past few days is that most majors are holding up better than $BTC & $ETH. Talking mostly the top 10 coins. Whether that's just a lagging effect or a tiny sign of strength, not sure at this point. We've seen both this year. Does seem…
The average price investors bought their #Bitcoin at is increasing at good pace during this consolidation period. It's now sitting at an average of $31.4K. Generally, the higher the number, the less likely investors are to sell as many are at break even or in a loss.
$DXY Remains very weak and is sitting on the ~101 support level. I think it's a matter of time before this breaks lower to the 99.5 level and beyond. This should generally help risk assets. Trade it using crypto
